Hi,

My name is Gillian, a mature, recently retired Registered Nurse, non-smoking, female, Australian citizen and Perth local. Photo above taken January 2026.

As a Mum to two adult children and a grandmother to one, I am practical and proactive with a helpful manner. Life experience has taught me many skills.

As an experienced Nanny and Teacher's Assistant I love to encourage youngsters to learn whilst having fun.

I've worked with private families in Italy, the UK and Australia and spent a period nursing children at Princess Margaret's Children's Hospital, here in Perth.

Safety is my prime concern and I have a gentle, calm nature. I enjoy art and crafts, DIY and health and fitness.

I've volunteered, taught English here and overseas, had 'Workaway' experiences and travelled a lot.

I am happy to have a chat to discuss your requirements. At the moment I'm seeking casual positions, however I am flexible and able to commit to part time work. North of the river within 5/10 kms from the city works best for me.

I am currently reapplying for a new WWCC and able to update my Police Clearance if required. No current first aid certificate as such, however I have over 35 years of nursing experience and am proactive in updating my skills. Unfortunately my previous 5 star reviews have been lost as my membership lapsed.
