Meet Kelly: A nanny in Northmead, NSW

I am a dedicated and highly experienced Professional Nanny and Early Childhood Educator with 20 years of experience caring for and educating children from infancy through to school age.

I began my career in early childhood education in 2006 through a traineeship and have since built extensive experience across both centre-based education and private nanny roles. Throughout my career, I have worked with children from six months through to school age, providing nurturing, individualised care while supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

A significant part of my career has been spent working as a live-out nanny for private families, where I provided sole-charge care while becoming a trusted extension of each family. Alongside my nanny experience, I have worked as an Early Childhood Educator, Room Leader, OSHC Coordinator, Nominated Supervisor, Service Administrator and Assistant Director. This diverse background allows me to bring both professional knowledge and practical experience into a family home.

As both an experienced childcare professional and a mother, I understand the trust families place in a nanny. I pride myself on being warm, reliable, organised and committed to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
