About me: I love looking after children and have over 15 years experience in looking after all ages of children from 0 - 13 and older. I am always on time and flexible to the needs of the children and the family as I am easy going and professional.

I have a current Police Check (issued 08/07/24) and a Working with Children Check (expiring 31/08/2027). I also have Level 2 First Aid certificate (issued 14/01/2022) with a current CPR update (16/04/24), NDIS check (expiring 15/06/26). Food Handlers certificates Level 1 and 2, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate, Driver Safety certificate and qualifications in childcare, youth work and primary school teaching. I am also highly experienced in aged care and disability care and possess a Diploma of Caregiving, Certificates in Dementia Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support and Certificate IV in Disability if you have any children/parents/relatives/friends that you could refer to me.

I am looking for weekend and evening babysitting work. I am happy to do some light meal preparation - either with the kids or by myself and undertake light household duties like washing, folding, dishes etc. Happy to feed pets if you have any.

I enjoy engaging with the kids by taking them to the park, pool, play centre, walks, movies, library, zoo etc., during the day or play games, board games, arts and crafts, puzzles or watch movies at night. I also respect the parents’ wishes by following the usual routines. I am not one of those babysitters who puts the kids in front of the TV all day and night, I prefer to go out to the park, play centre or do activities. I am happy to supply written and verbal references for your peace of mind. I am responsible and reliable and have a car, licence, and a clean driving record. I can drive the household vehicles, including all car makes and models.

I am also experienced in overnight stays, and vacation care including travelling and staying at your holiday house or destination with you and your family over the school holidays or long weekends, including ski holidays. I can negotiate a price on overnight stays and vacation care.

I feel comfortable and confident in looking after many children, however, I do prefer to care for no more than 2 children (or 3 if the children are older), this is so I can provide the best possible care at the highest level of supervision.

Please no agencies or before/after school care pick ups and drop offs.
