Meet Madeline: A nanny and babysitter in Altona Meadows, VIC

My name is Maddy, I am 31 years old and grew up on a farm in country Victoria.

I come from a large family, with 7 nephews and nieces aged 9 and below who I care for whenever needed.

I have a very caring, calm and kind nature, but I am not shy! I play footy and cricket for fun and love being outdoors on weekends.

I have been working a corporate job for the past 7 years and I am wanting to take a 6-12m break from this (depending on length of time needed by families), which leads me to looking for regular nanny/babysitting work.

I have worked with over 50 families of all shapes, sizes, combinations and cultural backgrounds - from occasional weekend babysitting to 3 full days per week and household management (gap year after high school and within school/uni holidays).

I am confident in caring for babies and children of all ages and have experience working with Autistic children, those with ADHD and learning difficulties.

I am very confident with cooking, cleaning, and general household management without needing to be prompted on tasks/what needs doing. If I see something that needs doing, I'll just do it!

Happy to take children to extracurricular activities and help with school work.

I am also a qualified veterinary nurse, so if you have pets I can offer care and advice if needed.
