Meet Jade: A nanny in Bondi, NSW

Hi! My names Jade and I’ve been working with children for the past 7 years (4 years of nursery work and 2 years being the sole nanny of three children). I am looking to find another amazing family to become a part of. The Nanny world has always been something I’ve grown up around with my mum being a nanny my whole life. I spent my whole childhood being part of the families she nannied for which is ultimately what inspired me to become a nanny myself. This paired with my love for children and my nurturing personality is what led me to my current role. Being a nanny is such a rewarding role and I can honestly say I am excited about going to work every day. I lead with a patient and empathetic approach and have proven success in building strong relationships with parents and children. I provide a loving and engaging environment for children to thrive emotionally and developmentally. My strong organisational skills account for a stable routine to allow for structure and emotional regulation. Most importantly though, I love to have fun with the children!
