Meet Aleyna: A nanny and babysitter in Thomastown, VIC

Hi parents! My name is Aleyna and I am an enthusiastic and experienced babysitter who’s looking to assist any friendly family. As a current uni student with a diploma of teacher education, I am passionate about caring for children and nurturing their curiosity, development, and overall wellbeing and growth. I love animals, with four dogs of my own, so furry friends are definitely welcome.

I have cared for multiple families over the course of five years, as well as experience in caring for my own, as an older sibling. My hobbies and interests include reading, movies, music, outdoors, dancing and painting. I have a kind, caring and nurturing personality. I am naturally a softhearted person, who has always adored children, and am also respectful, responsible, and reliable. I am able to follow strict guidelines and respect parents and kids' boundaries, as well as enforce my own. I am able to work flexible hours, both permanent and casual, and have my own car to be able to travel when necessary. I also have a registered WWCC and ABN.

The kids that I work with love my ability to be fun! I am able to genuinely have fun and enjoy my time with the kids i'm caring for. I like to play games, get creative, and create memories. I'm happy to engage with the interests of the kids, and do all kinds of activities. From princess tea parties, to scavenger hunts and toy car races.

There are so many things that I love about this work. The first of which being the bonds that you make with the children and their families. Being genuinely missed while away, and loved by the kids, are what make all the hardship and tantrums worth it. Seeing them grow and learn through my care is so heartwarming and incredibly fulfilling.
