Meet Ravinda: A babysitter in Kew East, VIC

Hi, I’m Ravinda! I’m a university student studying Sport and Exercise Science at La Trobe University. I hold First Aid and CPR certificates, as well as a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

I have experience working with children in a range of settings, including rowing coaching and sports activity coaching. These experiences have helped me develop my ability to communicate with children, encourage participation and create positive, supportive environments.

Outside of university, I enjoy running and colouring in, and I love the idea of incorporating fun, creative and active activities into my time with children.

I’m a caring, responsible and reliable person who understands how important a child’s safety, wellbeing and development are. I take my role as a babysitter seriously and aim to create an environment where children feel safe, comfortable and supported while having fun. I also understand the importance of respecting family routines and communicating with parents to ensure their children receive the best possible care.
