My name is Bayley; I am 18 years old. I am currently studying my diploma of education studies as a tertiary for bachelor in education (primary education). I have worked at Flourish Early Learning Centre in Oakville 14/05/25-06/08/26.

I make it a priority to ensure that every child has a safe and trusting space where they can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. By providing consistent care, positive interactions, and opportunities for play and discovery, I aim to foster children’s confidence, curiosity, and sense of belonging. Seeing children develop new skills, form friendships, and express themselves freely gives me a sense of fulfilment and motivates me to continually provide a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
