Meet Isla: A nanny and babysitter in Carlton, VIC

Hi, I'm Isla! I'm 22 years old and currently in the final semester of my Bachelor of Nursing.

I've been nannying and babysitting consistently for the past five years since finishing school, and it has become something I genuinely love. To me, being a nanny is about so much more than simply looking after children. My number one priority is always safety and ensuring you feel completely comfortable and confident with your children in my care.

As I'm about to become a registered nurse, I have extensive training in child health and safety. I hold current qualifications in infant, child and adult CPR, First Aid, a Working With Children Check, Police Check, and a range of other certifications that come with nursing training.

Beyond keeping children safe, I love creating meaningful relationships with the families I work with. Over the years, I've formed wonderful friendships with many of the parents I've nannied for, which is something I truly value.

I'm a fun, caring and reliable person who enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, walking, travelling, catching up with friends and visiting my hometown in country Victoria. I love planning engaging activities for children and creating a positive, nurturing environment where they feel happy, supported and cared for.
