Meet Olivia: A nanny and babysitter in Maroubra, NSW

Hi families! I am a qualified Primary School Teacher from the UK relocating to Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa, arriving in Maroubra at the end of December. Back home, I completed my Primary PGCE and Qulaified Teacher Status in 2025 and have extensive experience leading classrooms, creating an engaging, exciting environment whilst caring for groups of children, as well as completing volunteer work across many school with a wide age range of children.

As schools close for the summer over December and January, I am fully available for full-time, part-time, or casual holiday nannying to provide fun, structured, and reliable care while you are at work.

Certificates & Compliance:

Because I am currently preparing for my relocation from the UK, my physical Australian clearances will be finalized immediately upon my arrival. I will complete my in-person NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) identity verification at Service NSW and complete my Australian HLTAID012 First Aid certification during my first week in Sydney.

In the meantime, I am more than happy to provide my clean UK Enhanced DBS background check, my university transcripts, and professional character references via a WhatsApp or Zoom video interview! I look forward to helping your family over the summer.
