Meet Elle: A nanny and babysitter in Caulfield South, VIC

Hi,! My name is Elle and I’m a 22 year old university student who has five years of experience working with children in a range of roles and environments. Over the years, I have worked as a permanent nanny, worked in a crèche with children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years, and have spent the last two years in Canada nannying and working as a children’s ski school support worker.

My main priority is always ensuring that children have a positive and safe experience in my care, while also supporting families in maintaining a well-managed home environment. My goal is to support families and make everyone's lives easier! I'm reliable and proactive, and am happy to assist with daily and nightly routines, activities, meals, school or childcare commitments and the general day-to-day organisation that helps a household run smoothly.

I am currently majoring in Child Psychology, which has further developed my interest in children’s development and wellbeing. I hold a full driver’s licence and have my own car, as well as a current Working with Children Check, Police Check and full First Aid qualifications, including infant CPR.
