Meet Hannah: A nanny and babysitter in Surry Hills, NSW

I’m a 26 year old qualified primary school teacher with three years of experience, plus a year working in a nursery—so working with children of all ages is second nature to me! I moved to Australia from the UK in December and I am currently taking some time out from teaching. I enjoy working with children and want to continue this out here so nannying is the perfect medium! I plan to stay in Australia for the foreseeable, with 2 and a half more working holiday visa's available to me, and a view of applying for residency in the future.

As the eldest daughter of six siblings (including twins I’ve helped care for since birth due to a big age gap), I’ve grown up in a busy, loving household and have always enjoyed being around children. I’m kind, patient, reliable, and bring a warm, nurturing energy to everything I do. I enjoy being active but also enjoy calm when needed. I’m currently completing my Working With Children Check and can provide references if necessary. I am trained in first aid and CPR, and have had training in anaphylaxis however I do not hold a certificate in this but would be willing to if needed.
