Meet Lilliana: A nanny and babysitter in Collaroy, NSW

Hi, my name is Lilliana!

Here's a bit about me: I’m currently 18 years old and living in Collaroy. I graduated from Freshwater Senior Campus last year as a prefect and hold my P2 licence with my own car.

I absolutely love working with children and love engaging with them in a fun, caring, and supportive way. I have extensive experience caring for young children through regular babysitting for several families since the age of 15, working with children as young as two years old. My responsibilities have included planning engaging activities, assisting with bath time, preparing light meals and snacks, and supporting bedtime routines. In addition, I worked as an Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) Educator for four months, where I supervised and engaged children before and after school. In this role, I facilitated activities, promoted positive behaviour, ensured children's safety and wellbeing, and built strong relationships with both children and their families.

As well as working at Manly Surf School from 15 with kids a range of ages, coaching a netball team, and completing work experience in both childcare and primary school settings. I also studied Child Studies and Community and Family Studies throughout school, which strengthened my passion for working with children. I'm super happy to assist with light chores and housework around the house when needed. I’m a responsible, caring, and patient person, as well as fun and energetic.
