Meet Chloe: A nanny and babysitter in Ferntree Gully, VIC

My name is Chloe and I am 38 years old and a qualified Kindergarten teacher and Primary School teacher. I am currently in the process of starting my own business and working casually as a nanny. I have worked for the NDIS supporting parents of children with disabilities. I worked as a Senior Coordinator in this role and managed staff, provided training and took on a number of extra responsibilities including complex cases, mentoring staff and creating various programs. Prior to this role I have had a permanent position teaching in primary school, kindergartens and childcare. I have worked as a nanny for a number of families for many years, all whom I still remain close friends with. I have experience with children of all ages from newborns to 12 year olds. I am calm and patient, and pride myself on being able to build trust and positive relationships with children in my care. I am very energetic, highly organised, like routine and order, love home making and housekeeping tasks and I am a born problem solver. I consider myself to be very efficient, punctual and focus on attention to detail. I see myself as member of the family and not just the nanny when I join a family. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, home decor, gardening and spending time with family.
