Meet Ella: A nanny and babysitter in Eltham, VIC

Hi! I’m Ella, an experienced OSHC educator who works with children every day in before- and after-school care. I’m currently studying a bachelor of primary education and have a strong understanding of children’s development, safety, and wellbeing. I hold all relevant documents, including a Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Diabetes and Epilepsy training.

I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children, including those with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and sensory or emotional-regulation needs. I take a calm, patient and strengths-based approach, adapting routines and communication to meet each child’s individual needs.I am also a nanny for a family, whom I care for Monday - Wednesday afternoons.

I’m reliable, caring, and confident supporting children of all ages. I can assist with routines, homework, meals, and bedtime, and I’m also comfortable caring for pets.
