Meet Hailey: A babysitter in Mill Park, VIC

I’m a bubbly, friendly and caring third-year Bachelor of Education (Primary) student, currently working as a Teacher Aide with Year 5 students. I have been working as a Teacher Aide for the past two years and absolutely love working with children and supporting their learning and development.

I also have four years of experience working in before and after school care, where I’ve worked with children of a range of ages and developed lots of experience managing behaviour, creating fun activities and ensuring children feel safe, supported and included.

I’m looking for babysitting opportunities throughout October and would love the opportunity to continue working with a family on an ongoing basis alongside my studies and placement. I’m hoping to build on my experience with children while also earning some extra income during my degree.

Outside of work and university, I’m very sporty and play both basketball and football at a high level myself. I’m energetic, love being active with kids and enjoy getting involved in games and activities rather than simply sitting on the sidelines!
