Meet Emily: A nanny and babysitter in Altona, VIC

Hi there! My name is Emily :)

I have been working with children since 2015 and absolutely love what I do! I am comfortable caring for children of all ages and have experience with newborns to toddlers, all the way up to children 13 years old. I am also a registered nurse, and I hope to further my career in neonatal and women's health in the future.

I am friendly and outgoing, and I love getting out and about with the children I work with. Whether it's having a picnic, going for a nature walk, heading off on an adventure to ScienceWorks or visiting the local library and park, I enjoy keeping little ones engaged, curious, and active. On rainy days, I'm just as happy staying indoors for board games, reading, baking or crafts.

In my own time, I love practising yoga and pilates and spending time outdoors in the sun. I really value nature and enjoy encouraging children to explore and appreciate the world around them. I'm also very mindful of making environmentally conscious choices and creating a healthy, clean home environment. If your family values spending time outdoors, environmentally conscious living, and a healthy home environment, I think we'd be a great match!

One of my favourite parts of nannying is supporting a child’s curiosity, confidence, and development while creating a fun, caring, and safe environment for them. I also love the relationships I get to build with the families I work with.
