Hi, My name is Saskia. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science/Doctor of Medicine and Surgery at ANU. I am a Residential Mentor at my college, where I support students; wellbeing, help them settle into independent living, and foster a safe, inclusive community. This role has strengthened my communication skills, responsibility, and ability to support young people with patience and empathy.
I also work as a maths and science tutor, supporting students across different year levels. I am very comfortable helping with homework, exam preparation, and building confidence in learning, and I enjoy adapting my approach to suit each childs personality and needs.
Outside of study, I am actively involved in cross-country running and netball, and I used to play piano. I love encouraging kids to stay active, be creative, and have fun, whether thats outdoor play, structured activities, or quieter creative time.
I volunteer with St John Ambulance and hold advanced first aid and oxygen therapy training, so safety and calm decision-making are always a priority for me. I am responsible, reliable, and caring, and I would love the opportunity to support your family.
