Perhaps I can help - I'm passionate about the early years, and I've transitioned from head of strategy for a philanthropy to a frontline childcare career I bring:

- Experience with all ages - I currently work in an early childhood service, and my children are now 21 and 23 years old.

- Confidence in supporting children's development - I am working towards my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and hold a degree from Oxford University.

- Appreciation of the importance of fitting into the family dynamic - my own children had fantastic nannies when I returned to work.

- Energy to connect children to the great things Sydney has to offer - parks and nature, museums, activities and playgroups.

- Capability to cook healthy food for different age groups.

- Own transport - clean driver's licence and own late-model Audi (and confidence in taking children out in the pram or public transport if preferred).

- Flexibility - I've few commitments, so I can be flexible about hours and travel requirements.

- Ready to love your fur babies too - I have a golden retriever and a ragdoll cat.
