Meet Madison: A nanny and babysitter in Balwyn, VIC

Hi! My name is Madi, I’m a 22-year-old Nursing student at La Trobe University and currently live in the Balwyn area (originally from the country). I have several years of babysitting experience caring for children aged 1 to 10 years old, including working with local families as well as caring for cousins and siblings.

I also work as an OSHC educator in a primary school, supporting children across a range of ages and needs. In addition, I have experience in disability support, providing compassionate, patient, and individualized care for children who require extra support.

Absolutely love working with kids and take pride in building genuine connections with both children and parents. My goal is always to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and happy, while parents feel completely confident leaving their little ones in my care. I’m trustworthy, reliable, calm, and attentive, and I treat every child as if they were my own.
