Meet Greer: A nanny in Botany, NSW

I am a caring, patient and reliable person with experience working with children in primary schools as a Student Learning Support Officer, as well as through babysitting and before and after school care. I genuinely enjoy working with children and love creating a safe, fun and supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. My approach to childcare is based on being kind and patient, while using positive reinforcement to encourage confidence and good behaviour. I am passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow, and I hope to pursue a career in paediatric nursing in the future.
