My name is Zara. I am 21 years old. I am a kind, compassionate, and caring individual with a passion for working with children. I value kindness, wellbeing, and safety and always strive to be considerate, thoughtful, and respectful to others. I currently work as an OSHC educator where I support students emotional, social, and behavioural needs. I want to work with children as I want to support them where they can be themselves, feel safe, and feel a sense of belonging. I believe it is so important that every child feels safe, valued, and heard.

I completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science) in 2025. This enhanced my understanding of children’s development, wellbeing + mental health, and human thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This grew my active and reflexive thinking/listening skills which has helped me grow meaningful relationships. This year I am studying my Master of Teaching (Secondary).
