Hello, I’m Norika 😊 I’m a nanny specialising in infant and toddler care, with a background as a registered nurse in Japan. I have hands-on experience caring for babies and young children in private family homes in both Brisbane and Sydney, including infants under 1 year old, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. Thanks to my nursing background, I naturally focus on hygiene, infection prevention, careful observation, and staying calm when a baby’s condition or behaviour changes.

I’m gentle, patient, and attentive, and I value creating a safe, warm, and predictable environment for children. I’m currently looking for a longer shift (5+ hours) and a long-term position, ideally caring for one baby or young child and supporting their daily routine and development！

I’m planning to start a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at a university in Sydney this July, with the goal of becoming a registered nurse in Australia.
