Meet Classica: A nanny in Reservoir, VIC

Hi families!

I'm Classica, I'm 21 and currently completing my health science degree with plans to complete post-graduate studies next year in primary school teaching. I love working with children and have been for the last 3 and a half years. I am currently working in a local primary school as a teachers aide, and most recently worked as a therapy assistant in a paediatric speech and OT clinic. I have also worked with some local families assisting with casual tutoring and babysitting along with being a swimming instructor in that time also. I have worked extensively with children aged between 1 and 12 years old and have gained the knowledge and skills to develop meaningful connections, offer calm and peace in an environment and most importantly allow children to be their best self. These roles involved school drop offs, pick ups, making breakfasts, lunches and dinners, the morning and afternoon routine, school routines and academics, emotional regulation and creative expression. I am a very creative and calm person, I love reading, cooking, arts and craft, boardgames as well as anything active and outdoors.
