Meet Jade: A babysitter in Maroubra, NSW

I am a responsible, capable and outgoing Year 11 selective school student with a strong academic record and an attendance rate above 95%. I am seeking a casual/routine babysitting position where I can bring my reliability, patience and strong communication skills to support families who need safe and dependable care for their children.

I am confident working with younger kids, staying calm under pressure, and creating a positive, friendly environment. I take pride in being punctual, well‑presented and prepared/ I follow instructions carefully, maintain a clean and safe space, and prioritise children’s wellbeing at all times. While I don't have official baby-sitting experience I have a first-aid/CPR certificate. I also have hands‑on experience caring for my younger cousins, whom I look after regularly. When my mum needs me to babysit for her friends, I follow all instructions carefully to ensure the children have a safe, enjoyable time.

My schedule is flexible (after school and weekends), and I am committed to adapting to the needs of your family. I learn quickly, take feedback well, and am confident I can meet expectations if given the opportunity.

PS: It's very convenient for me to do after-school baby sitting in Paddington or areas around Moore Park as my school is Sydney Girls High School and finishes at 3:20pm. As well as this, Maroubra and Coogee are places I'm confident to travel to and work.

PPS: I was actually born in 2010 if that may be a concern for age, but I put 2008 because it didn't allow me to go later than that.

PPPS: Because, I am relatively new to this specific type of job only having worked at McDonald's for a year, I put a random price for hourly rate and am happy to negotiate on it to what you believe is fair and suitable.
