Meet Tilli: A nanny in Leopold, VIC

My name is Tilli I have four years of experience working in early childhood education and care and am passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. I love creating a warm, welcoming and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to explore, learn and grow.

Throughout my experience, I have developed strong relationships with children, families and fellow educators, and I take pride in being a reliable, caring and enthusiastic team member. I particularly enjoy incorporating outdoor play and hands-on learning experiences into children's days to support their curiosity, confidence and development.

I hold my relevant childcare qualifications, First Aid training and a current Working With Children Check, as well as a driver's licence. I am always eager to continue learning, developing my skills and contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team.
