Meet Sophia: A nanny and au pair in Brighton, VIC

hello!

My name is Sophia. I am 24 years old, and this is the beginning of my third year living in Australia. I’m American but have been abroad for the better part of 4 years.

Though I have mostly been in Melbourne, I have spent some time working for families in rural Victoria and most recently Tasmania.

Outside of managing activities and routine, I am very passionate about social emotional learning and development. I find it incredibly important and rewarding to encourage children to communicate clearly about their emotions. I believe this is incredibly helpful as they begin to navigate the world, and, as a nanny, it is alway such a privilege to assist and watch a child's growth in this way.

I am super flexible and always easy to reach on my phone.
