Meet Jack: A nanny and babysitter in St Kilda, VIC

I am a fully qualified teacher with experience working in both primary and secondary schools. For the past two years, I worked as a housemaster in a boarding school, where I was responsible for students’ daily care, wellbeing, routines, behaviour, and emotional support. Essentially acting as a parent within the school environment.

I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages and regularly look after my younger siblings, aged 8–14. I am confident supporting children with homework, routines, meals, bedtime, and pastoral care, while creating a safe, calm, and positive environment.

In addition, I have coached soccer for children and teenagers aged 11–18, helping to develop teamwork, confidence, discipline, and a love of physical activity.

I am reliable, patient, and nurturing, with a strong understanding of children’s needs and development. I take pride in building trusting relationships with both children and parents and ensuring children feel safe, supported, and happy in my care.
