I am a Certificate III trained Education Support professional who is passionate in helping children thrive. I would describe myself as someone who is naturally capable of building positive, trusting rapports with both children and their parents.I believe that children need to feel safe and understood. Because of this, I make it a priority to learn each child's unique interests and communication styles. At the same time, I focus on building open, supportive relationships with parents so we can work together as a team to support the child’s development.For example, in my previous experience, I worked with a student who was feeling quite anxious about separating from their parent in the morning.
