Meet Hayley: A nanny and babysitter in Forest Lake, QLD

I chose to become a babysitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and caring for them. Most of my experience is with children aged 3–12. I previously worked at an overnight summer camp, where I was responsible for children’s safety and wellbeing around the clock. My role required attentiveness, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly. I was trusted with handling night-time routines and unexpected situations independently. I’ve also worked as a swim teacher, which strengthened my focus on safety and clear communication with children. I care deeply about children and understand how important it is to foster an environment where each child feels like they can express themselves, enjoy their time and feel safe, supported and understood.
