Meet Megan: A nanny and babysitter in Sydney, NSW

Hi, I’m Meg, a 26-year-old from London who moved to Sydney in February. Since arriving, I’ve been working with a lovely family caring for their three children aged 9, 7 and 5. As the youngest is now starting school, the family no longer needs me, so I’m looking for a new family to work with!

I have four years of experience working with children of all ages. Previously, I worked as a full-time nanny for a 4-month-old and a 2-year-old, where my responsibilities included preparing lunch and dinner for the children and helping the family with household tasks. I’ve also worked in a nursery with children aged 6 months to 5 years and as a teaching assistant supporting students with SEN.

I’m a creative person and illustrated a children’s book about hidden disabilities for my final-year project, later collaborating with the Sunflower Hidden Disabilities charity. Most recently, I worked as a graphic designer in London.

I love creating a safe, fun and educational environment where children can play, learn and grow. I’m reliable, energetic, caring and enjoy becoming a trusted part of a family’s routine. I’d love to find another wonderful family to support here in Sydney and look forward to meeting you! 😊
