Hello parents and Carers, I babysat and taught flute through years 11 & 12 in high school, as well as through university. I have raised two sons. I have taught pre instrumental Early Learning Music for baby's from 6 months to 5 years, and flute for children from 5 years onwards. I attained my certificate 3 in Early childhood education and care to complement my early learning teaching in music. I have recently moved to Witchcliffe from the East Coast, retired for a short while, and found I loved having some structured work in my life. I have always enjoyed working with people, and have loved working with children, and have respect for their individuality and capacity for learning through play. I currently have flexibility in my schedule and am happy for casual babysitting opportunities, as well as more permanent options. It would be lovely to grow into regular or permanent roles so the children I am caring for know me, and I can learn what is best for them. I do have some early learning tuned and untuned percussion instruments, and lovely books to sing along with and I would be very happy to include my specialist music education playfully into their days if that was something they would like.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with children, encouraging their creativity and development while maintaining a structured and positive environment.
