Looking for: Part-time

Hello my name is Megan. I'm 50 years old and I live in Warburton. I have a Diploma in Community Services Child Care. I also have a Bachelor Degree in Social Work. I currently work 3 days per week as a counsellor. I would like to work an extra day or two a week minding children. Early in my working life I spent 10 years working in child care centres. I have spent over 30 years engaging in part time nannying work. I adore children and even though I qualified as a social worker many years ago, I have never wanted to give up working part time with children. I am nurturing, fun, creative and very energetic. I enjoy getting out and about in nature with children. I enjoy reading stories and singing with children as well as creating wonderful art projects. It is my experience that children adore spending time with me just as much as I adore spending time with them. I have been working part time as a nanny for local families in the last 3 years, and these families have agreed to provide references for me upon request.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there 😊 Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I genuinely love spending time with children, and I've worked with all ages. From newborns to teenagers. I've had a lot of experience with babies and toddlers so I'm very comfortable and confident with feeding, bathing, changing, and bedtime routines. I also have experience with twins and with using responsive settling to help resolve sleeping issues, so if you're struggling at night or need an extra hand in those early stages, please reach out. My style is warm hearted, kind, patient, nurturing and loving. I practice meditation and mindfulness which flows through to my work and allows me to maintain peace and calm when faced with challenges. I am encouraging and enthusiastic with children, which allows them to blossom and shine in their own unique ways. I love being outdoors and an average day with me usually includes a walk to the local park, nature reserve, cafe, or at the very least a run around the backyard. I also enjoy outings to the Collingwood Children's Farm, Scienceworks, the Museum, the local Library and many more adventures when time permits. I've worked as an au pair in France, a volunteer teacher in Nepal, and a nanny and babysitter in Melbourne. I have a reliable car, I'm willing to travel and I can provide reliable references. *I have been first aid trained for nearly 20 years now and will be updating my certificate soon* Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you and wish you all the best in finding that perfect nanny or babysitter to suit your family.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I'm 31 years old with over a decade of casual and industry experience. I'm looking for casual or permanent part-time positions. I encourage healthy eating and physical play as a good foundation for happy kids, and am a strong advocate for free range outdoor exploration. I have my full drivers license, an Employment Working With Children Check, and first aid qualifications including CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis. I have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and I currently work permanent part-time Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in an early learning centre. My rates are $30 an hour, with overnight sitting $35. Caring for toddlers is the bulk of my experience, but I have looked after children of all ages, including newborns and teens. Please note that whilst I have previously done school drop-off/pick-up only jobs, they're not my preference. I enjoy actively engaging with children and planning engaging experiences. I have experience working with large families (5 or more children), children with autism, and chronically ill children. I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19. I'm looking for part-time positions, casual babysitting, and night nanny roles. LGBTQIA+ friendly
