Looking for: Part-time

Hi families! I graduated high school in 2023 and am now completing my first year of my Bachelor of Nursing (Clinical Leadership) at Deakin University with ambitions to eventually become a neonatal nurse practitioner. I have experience as a nanny for a 10 month old and occasionally his older 3.5 year old brother. I am currently nannying for a gorgeous 3 and 1.5 year old, responsible for a full day of playing, meals, naps and light housework. Additionally, I have worked with children from ages 3-11 as an assistant dance teacher for over 8 years, gaining extensive experience in managing and entertaining multiple children at once. I have also recently become a volunteer with Very Special Kids, working with children across a variety of age groups in hospice as well as hospital visits. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you think I could be a good fit for your family, or if you have any questions :)

I am reliable, fun, honest, responsible and really enjoy hanging out with kids! I come from a hectic, loud family and have three brothers so I am comfortable looking after active boys and girls. I enjoy sports including basketball, netball and footy. Whilst I can be energetic and active, I have a laid back and calm energy, and also enjoy music, singing, and playing guitar and piano! I'm a musician so I love bringing those skills to my babysitting/ nanny work! I have also worked in disability work and childcare, so I have a lot of experience with children!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I’m Mimi, 27 from the UK! I previously qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer and worked in law for 6.5 years before transitioning to Marketing & Media Production, where I spent a year working before deciding to quit my job to travel the world! I am now a Qualified Hypnotherapist & Rapid Transformational Therapist with a special interest in childcare and childcare development. I previously worked as an au pair for 3.5 months and also took on ad-hoc nannying/babysitting and dog sitting work whilst working in hospitality/the hotel industry. I am currently looking for part-time nannying or babysitting to work around my current full-time position as a Guest Services Agent at a 5* hotel (my schedule will be flexible in the coming weeks once I am fully trained). I am also working on my own business and freelance writing in my spare time. Prior to this, my previous childcare experience involved after my 4-year-old niece during the pandemic (during which time I moved in with my sister for 6 months). This involved helping her get ready in the mornings, have breakfast, help her with her school work, playing games and spending quality time with her while my sister was working. I also volunteered as an English & Maths tutor for an Italian family whilst staying in Thailand (April 2023) and also recently volunteered at a school in Thailand for 3 weeks as a teacher (November 2023). I read and write a lot in my spare time and love creating videos, practising yoga and going on walks in nature. 😊 I would love to connect - if you have any questions or are interested in my profile, please drop me a message!

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi everyone, I have about 5 years experience working in early childhood education and currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education. I have experience with all age groups, specialising in nursery and school age children. I can cook, clean, change nappies, prepare bottles, put children to sleep, read to them, sing to them, assist with homework and almost any other task you require of me. Unfortunately I do not currently have a car so am unable to do pick up/drop off however I am very competent with public transport and do have a full license so would happy to do pick up/drop offs using the tram/train/bus if you like, or using your own car if applicable. I am currently working Friday - Sunday but looking for another job. I'm currently on holidays from studying so I am available full time. I will be away over Christmas as my family lives in QLD and I will be returning to visit them, I also return back to full time study in March 2025, but until then, I'm available. So if you need a romantic night out, a chance to go shopping or just some peace and quiet, let me know and I'll get back to you asap. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Looking for: Part-time

Hi parents! My name is Ellie, I’m 28 years old and I have been a nanny/respite carer for 10 years. I own an events company that I run over weekends (predominately Friday evenings - Sunday evenings) doing styling and photo booths for events. Although I love my business, unfortunately in these financially hard times for everyone, my business is suffering from it not being a necessity for most people. So therefore I’m back looking at another family to join! I currently still work for a family I have been with for 7 years on Tuesday and Thursday after school hours. Although I’m not exactly ‘needed’ for babysitting, I am there to help with homework and also as a mothers help for her own sanity with washing, organising and basically just anything that needs to be done. I started when Xavier (the youngest) just as he was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism when he was 5. He has just turned 12 and I still can’t leave them! To me they are family as I’ve watched the 3 kids grow into incredible young boys/men (now aged 17, 15 and 12). I have experience working with ALL AGES (I have references for newborns up to teenagers). One of my references involved 4 girls - newborn, 2, 4 and 6 years old. I started off with occasional babysitting whilst at school, then over the last 10 years I have done a mixture of before and after school care and also worked full time Monday-Friday, including working as an aid in kindergarten. I have done a lot of work with children with disabilities over the years mainly focusing in ADHD and autism. I enjoy playing with kids and doing all sorts of different activities, whether it's going on an adventure or doing some arts and crafts or cooking inside. I am fun and bubbly, with the energy of a 4 year old, so I'll be sure to tire your kids out! I'm organised and dependable, and believe communication is very important for every aspect of development in children. I have a warm and loving nature, along with confidence, so your children will feel safe in my care! I am a fast learner and always have been, so taking on any new tasks is no problem for me. Although I am a very happy and fun person, I know when discipline is needed. Looking after children with autism and also growing up in a house with an autistic brother, I am well aware of schedules and structure. One request I have as a nanny, is to be treated as apart of the family rather than as an employee. I have always had a very good relationship with all of the families I have ever worked for. Even if your family is away on a holiday, I still love being involved, knowing how everyone is, as well as seeing lots of photos! I have my driver’s license and my own car. I did have a police check, working with children’s check + first aid training years ago before I started my business however they are all now out of date. If you require any of these, I am more than happy to get current checks / refresh my first aid certificate for peace of mind. I am more than happy to do house work, organising and cooking. If offered a position, I would be 100 percent committed, with time and also with the development of your children. Look forward to hearing from you!
