Hello, My name is Anaïs, I’m 32 years old, and even if that might sound surprising for an au pair, I decided to take a chance in Australia after going back to university at 28. I’ve always wanted to travel, learn new things, and grow personally. Becoming an au pair has always been a dream, but I focused on my career first. Today, I see it as a wonderful opportunity to improve my English while taking care of children, which I truly enjoy. The people I miss the most right now are my two nephews, aged 8 and 11, who bring me so much happiness and with whom I’ve shared unforgettable moments. I’m a simple, sporty, and curious person, looking for an enriching life experience. I’ve been in Australia for 7 months, and although my English has improved a lot, I haven’t yet had the chance to be fully immersed with English-speaking people. I’d really love to keep improving my English while sharing my own culture and language. I’m organised, responsible, and creative. My age might not make me the “typical” au pair, but I believe my maturity and life experience are real strengths for this role.
