I strongly believe when working and engaging with children, no day is the same, I believe in providing them the opportunity to engage in educated based activities but also allowing them to solely explore having fun and for every child that is something different. To support individuality and work with children to explore new and exciting things is important, also allowing for children to develop good social and independent skills.
