This experience gave me valuable insight into managing food allergies and sensitivities while also allowing me the privilege of being a stay-at-home mum for several years, where I was actively involved in the classroom and my children’s education. My passion for childcare led me to become a foster carer for 3.5 years, providing a safe and nurturing home for children in need.
