I am a friendly, experienced and nurturing babysitter/nanny. I have a Working With Children Check and I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor of Education. I have experience with children aged 4-12 years old through babysitting and working as a primary school teacher. I have also worked as a before and after school carer and a Mathematics and English tutor while I was studying to be a teacher. I am first aid trained. I work throughout the Byron Shire. I am an aunty of 5 nieces and nephews with plenty of experience with kids of all ages. I also have two years of experience in disability support.

I am caring, energetic, considerate, honest and firm but fair. I have worked in youth mental health and in the medical field. I've had experience working with children in my roles as a year 4 and year 7 hockey coach, a primary school sports coach at multiple after school care centers, and as a youth group organiser in my local parish. I have nanny experience looking after children from newborn to 11 years old, and looking after multiple children as once.

I currently work three days a week as a Teacher Aide in a high school, where I provide dedicated care and assistance to a student with a disability. This role has given me the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships and contribute to the student’s development, which is incredibly fulfilling. Alongside this, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education at Southern Cross University to deepen my knowledge and skills so that I can provide the best possible support to all students. I have a deep passion for working with children, and I truly enjoy providing care, guidance, and encouragement to help them grow and succeed. I am passionate about helping others and find great joy in making a positive difference in people’s lives—especially by empowering them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. In addition to my experience, I hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), a Blue Card, First Aid certification, and have completed ASCIA anaphylaxis e-training. These qualifications ensure that I can provide safe, compassionate, and effective support in a school environment, particularly for children with specific care needs.
