Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

I am a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with over 10 years of babysitting experience, caring for children of various ages and supporting their development in safe, nurturing environments. I have also worked for 2 years in primary schools both overseas and in Australia as a Teacher Assistant/SLSO, as well as in before and after school care programs. Previously, I worked as a youth group leader, supporting young people aged 13–18. In this role, I mentored and guided teenagers, organised activities, and provided a safe and supportive space for them to grow socially and emotionally. Through all of these roles, I have developed strong skills in supporting children’s learning, behaviour management, and creating engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth. I am currently studying a Master’s in Primary Teaching, which further strengthens my understanding of child development and education. I am reliable, patient, and passionate about working with children, and I am committed to providing a safe, caring, and supportive environment for every child in my care.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello, I am currently looking for part-time or casual work and would love the opportunity to support a family in a babysitting or nannying role. I am 29 years old and have experience working with young people aged 10–25 in complex mental health settings through my studies and previous work experience. Alongside this, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for children within my own family. I helped raise my younger sister, who is now 12, and have always been the go-to babysitter for my extended family, giving me many years of practical childcare experience. I am warm, patient, and nurturing, while also being confident in setting appropriate boundaries when needed. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality, interests, and needs, and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they can thrive. I am currently completing a Master of Social Work at the University of Sydney and am looking for work on the days I am not attending classes or studying. I would love a role that allows me to work with children in a more relaxed, non-clinical setting. I hold a current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and have a current driver's licence. Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully meeting your family soon!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! My name is Daniela. I'm currently in my final year of high school and will be graduating this year. Although there wasn't an option to enter my correct age, I turned 17 this March. I understand that my age may be younger than what you're ideally looking for. However, I've been babysitting for family and friends for the past two years and have gained valuable experience caring for children of different ages. As the oldest sibling, I'm also very used to helping look after my younger brother and sister. This includes helping with homework, taking them to and from sport, keeping them entertained, and cooking dinner when needed. In the future, I hope to become a primary school teacher because I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids, which is why I would love the opportunity to work with your family. I've also been working in customer service for the past three years, which has helped me develop strong communication skills, responsibility, and reliability. I'm available most weekdays from 3:30 pm onwards, as well as weekends if needed. Even if my age is a concern for regular or full-time babysitting, I'd be more than happy to help with occasional evening or weekend babysitting whenever you need an extra hand.

Looking for: Part-time

I live in Warriewood and am looking for work as a nanny close to home. Preferably bike riding distance although I do have a car. Whilst I have never officially worked as a nanny, I have raised my own children, babysat for other families in the past and volunteered as a camp supervisor for primary aged girls with the Anglican Youth Department in Sydney. Additionally, I have been the pastor of a church congregation and have run kids church programmes and events. Children are wonderful! Their playfulness, imagination and faith is something to nurture, encourage and coach in the right direction. I believe children should be outdoors exploring and playing freely as much as possible. All of these things are important to me and are what I would have the goal to instil in any children that I have the opportunity to care for: Singing, music, laughter, outdoor time, gentleness, kindness, encouragement to keep doing the things that are hard and helping kids become confident and capable to ‘do it themselves’. Thinking positively and staying away from screens. Being valuable to others by generously helping and learning the value of a team where everyone contributes. I have had the privilege of home schooling both of my sons who are now 19 and 15 years old. They have grown to be independent and capable young men of integrity with enormous hearts of love for the people around them. Managing the home has always been a priority for me. I have learned the skill of making sourdough bread, composting, gardening, fitness and mobility, a healthy, organised and well stocked pantry, non-toxic cleaning, daily house keeping and getting outside as much as possible. I’m passionate about keeping things natural. I regularly gain knowledge on regenerative farming methods and how I can apply the principles into my urban living context.
