Hello dear parents, My name is Yu, and I am a mother of an 11-year-old girl and a current student working towards completing my teaching degree. My study is based on line so my time is flexible for you. Originally from China, I am fluent in both English and Chinese. I have lived and worked in Sydney for nearly 20 years, and for the past four years, I have worked as a teacher's aide and casual teaching in Sydney primary schools. I lead a healthy lifestyle—no smoking, no junk food, and no heavy makeup, and I prefer eating organic food. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, walking on the beach or in the bush, and taking my child to the beach. With over 11 years of experience caring for my own child, I understand how vital it is for parents to trust someone with their children. I am committed to caring for your children with the love and attention as you would expect, and I am happy to support and assist parents in any way I can.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I live in Mosman, I have my own car with a clean driving record. After graduating from University, I worked in advertising as a media investment manager for 25 years. During that time, I also cared for children of all ages, part-time, some right through from babyhood till early teens. I found this deeply rewarding and decided to do it full time. In December 2024, I finished up with the family I worked with for 5 years as the 2 children reached an age where they need to be more independent & could be managed remotely. Prior this, to the end of 2019, I closely worked with 3 families as a Nanny/Babysitter including After School Care. This sadly ended when 2 of the family's children started high school, whilst the 3rd family 'escaped to the country'. I am reliable, organized, caring and patient. I pride myself in providing a nurturing environment where children feel happy and safe. I enjoy spending quality time with children engaged in creative activities such as drawing, building lego, reading or baking and helping with homework. I enjoy cooking, preparing nutritious meals and am experienced with difficult eaters. I have a deep affection for animals. If this sounds like the kind of person you are looking for, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello my name is Amrit, I'm currently residing in Sydney, Hornsby but am originally from the wine region of North East Victoria. I spent five years living in Melbourne studying and completing a Bachelor of Illustration. During this time I worked part-time at the YMCA Northcote Aquatic Center as a swimming instructor with children of all ages. I no longer teach swimming and therefore have not renewed my CPR, but if this is something you wish for me to have I am happy to renew it. I have been a casual nanny for the last 4 years with my most recent family residing in Mosman. This worked incredibly well going from my work at Spit Junction across to Mosman Public for pick up. Unfortunately though the girls are moving and I can no longer be their nanny. I have always enjoyed being around children and young people, they encourage you to see the world with fresh eyes, their happiness is infectious and I just love to draw for them. I'm currently working in Mosman three days a week 8am- 2pm as a Building Manager Assistant/Concierge. Preferable (but not strictly) I am looking for a family who's children attend Mosman Public and need help with after school care/activities three or four times a week. I am flexible with these days if you need more help. I have a clean driving record and am a very capable cook! If you think I may be the nanny for you please get in contact. I am happy to send through references for both YMCA and my previous nannying jobs. Warm Regards, Amrit Note: If you have a dog or dogs, I am very HAPPY to walk them!

I just love kids!! I am a mature, loving, gentle, fun and responsible carer. I have been caring for children for over 25 years and am experienced with all ages. I have taught in Pre-school, Long Day Care, created an after-school care program, and been Nannying for several years, and have been babysitting since I was 15. I’ve always loved working with children, which is why I’d really love to step into a nannying role. I enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and building a genuine bond with them over time. Growing up, the nannies I had played a big part in my life, and that experience has shaped how I care for kids today. I have my driver’s license, I’m happy to help where needed, and I value being a steady, positive presence as children grow and develop.

Looking for: Full-time

I am an experienced educator with six years as a Primary Teacher in the UK and more than a decade of childcare experience. Before teaching, I worked as a nanny for several families in Auckland, NZ, caring for children aged 1–7, and also spent a year working in an after-school club there. I am passionate about play-based learning and love supporting children as they explore, experiment and grow into their unique personalities. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing their confidence flourish as they learn new skills and proudly share their discoveries. As I relocate from the UK to Sydney, I am seeking a nanny role where I can bring my warm, nurturing approach and strong educational background to local families. I have extensive experience in early childhood development and in planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s social, emotional and cognitive growth. I am confident working with infants, toddlers and early years children, and I use consistent, positive behaviour strategies to create calm and predictable routines. With current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, I prioritise children’s safety and wellbeing and am experienced in managing allergies, medical needs and daily care routines. I communicate clearly with families, building trusting partnerships and keeping parents informed of their child’s routines and progress. I also draw on my teaching expertise to support early literacy and numeracy, foster independence and plan enriching experiences such as sensory play, creative arts, outdoor exploration and visits to Sydney’s parks, libraries and child-friendly community spaces.

Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am a Museum Educator for Museums of History NSW. I work across 9 sites in Greater Sydney running history excursions for students of all ages. I have a Bachelors in Ancient History, and a Masters in Museum Studies - however, I have gone back to uni this year to learn more about how Education can be made more inclusive and engaging! I have been lucky enough to travel across the world on archaeological digs throughout my university degrees. At the moment, I run excursions for over 68,000 children per year across our sites at Museums of History - both online and in person. I am well-versed in behaviour management, including with children with additional needs. Over the past few years I have completed ad-hoc nannying and babysitting for a few families, and additionally was a dance teacher for just over a year for pre-school aged children - I know how hard it is to manage a classroom of 10+ 3/4-year-olds! I have worked with children aged from 15 months to 14 years, and having grown up in a household with four younger brothers, I am confident in my abilities to engage and connect with children of any age. I believe in fostering imaginative, creative, and fun play - and love to laugh and explore with kids. Looking forward to hearing from you and connecting with your family!

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 37 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 15 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have a mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!
