Looking for: Full-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey parents and guardians 👋🏼 My name is Lucy, and I am turning 24 years old this year. I work as a nanny, five days a week to four children under the age of seven! I have been with the family for over two years now. I have a lot of experience in working with children since the age of eleven, babysitting casually for neighbours children as young as two weeks old when I was only twelve. I am very confident in working with children, I find children are very attracted to my kind, creative and funny personality and I am able to quickly bond with all different types of children. Since most of the children I care for are heading into primary school, my days will be Wednesday-Friday - meaning I am completely available on Monday's and Tuesday’s, as well as weekends and most week nights. I have a passion to care for children and have always loved children and babies since being a baby myself! Please don’t hesitate to message me if you have any questions :)

Looking for: Part-time

Qualified Sleep Consultant, night nanny and 24hr live in baby nanny (Maternity Practitioner). Hi families, I’m Jennifer. I’ve been working with babies, children, and their families for over 24 years, and I still feel just as passionate about it today as I did when I started. Early in my career, I worked as a live-in nanny for families all over the world - sometimes caring for up to five children in one household, from newborns through to teenagers (managing the whole household + all of the children's activities and needs). It was during this time that I discovered my love for working with newborns, then went on to study more about newborn care and sleep consulting. In 2006, I became a fully accredited Maternity Practitioner through the Maternity Nurse Training College at Reading University in the UK. I'm also a qualified Sleep Consultant and Doula. For more than two decades, I have specialised in postnatal care, night nannying, and sleep training for babies aged 0 - 5 years. I’ve had the privilege of living in with thousands of families across more than 60 countries, often supporting them 24/7 during those precious early months. I’ve guided parents through everything from feeding and settling to establishing healthy routines - and in the process, I’ve developed a gentle, hands-on approach that helps even very young babies learn to sleep soundly (often up to 10 hours a night with feeds). This depth of experience has also allowed me to create my own style of sleep training for older babies. My methods are baby-led and flexible - I don’t follow rigid wake windows or strict routines. Instead, I work closely with each family to create a plan that suits their baby’s needs and their parenting style. My programs have supported thousands of families both online and in person, and I currently consult with up to 10 families per week while also continuing to work as a nanny and in-home sleep consultant. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for hundreds of single babies, more than 50 sets of twins, and two sets of triplets. I’ve clocked well over 70,000 hours living in with families, and every experience has taught me something new. Outside of work, I enjoy living a healthy, balanced lifestyle - I love travelling, staying active at the gym, and cooking. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a meaningful career that allows me to support families during what can often be a stressful time - and help make it feel a little easier. Education and Formal Training: • Maternity and Child Certification - International Maternity Institute of America • MNT OCN Maternity Practitioners’ Award – Reading University, London • Doula and Birthing Education – The Australian Doula College Sydney. • Understanding settling techniques and sleep in babies and toddlers – Southern Cross University, Gold Coast • Children’s Sleep Training – MNT Reading University, London • Post Natal Depression Training – MNT Reading University, London • Breastfeeding Workshop – MNT Reading University, London • Baby care for nannies – MNT Reading University, London • Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course – MNT Reading University, London • PaediatricFirst Aid Training – Australia • Sleep Guidance Program – Night Nannies • Dunstan Baby Language Course – Night Nannies Skills: • Educate and assist parents with their birthing plans • Assist with breastfeeding and postpartum newborn care • Implement age-appropriate feeding and sleeping routines • Monitor the emotional status of mother once discharged from hospital • Educate parents regarding their options in sleep shaping for older babies and implementation of a sleeping program • Educate the father and older siblings in aspects of newborn care to support the mother • Convey numerous methods for postpartum care relating to feeding, hygiene, clothing, newborn’s environment.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

Hi! My name is Destiny — I’m 21 years old, and I’ve been working with children for over 5 years now through both nannying and babysitting. I’ve cared for kids of all ages, from newborns to 7 years old, and I can honestly say working with children is something I truly love and feel passionate about. I’ve supported many families over the years — from helping raise my younger cousins since birth, to caring for the children of close family friends, to long-term nanny roles with private clients. Through these experiences, I’ve built a strong understanding of what children need to feel safe, happy, and supported. I’m a very hands-on and nurturing carer. I love planning creative and educational activities like crafts, games, and outdoor play. I’m confident preparing light meals, helping with routines (like bath or bedtime), and keeping spaces clean and organised. I’m also a huge animal lover and more than happy to help with pets! I hold a current Working With Children Check and Police Check, and I always approach every job with maturity, patience, and a caring attitude. I’m flexible, reliable, and easy to communicate with — and I genuinely enjoy building strong connections with both children and their families. If you’re looking for someone who’s experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely loves what they do, I’d love the opportunity to support your family.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Au Pair

Hello, I’m Sandra – originally from the Netherlands and currently living in Portugal. I’m a professionally trained nannny and movement coach with over 15 years of experience, and before that, I was a modern ballet dancer. My background in dance deeply influences my approach to working with children – I bring creativity, body awareness, and playfulness into every day. Since 2010, I’ve been supporting families using principles inspired by Montessori, Waldorf, and homeschooling. I’ve worked with children of all ages and abilities, including those with limited mobility, and still stay in touch with some of the kids I cared for more than 10 years ago. I’m a bit older than most au pairs or nannies, but with that comes a wealth of life experience, genuine interest, patience, and a whole lot of love. Why Australia? Because I’ve never been – and I’d love to explore your culture, connect with your way of life, and experience the creative climate. I’m passionate about nature – forests, the sea, animals, the outdoors – and I’d be thrilled to bring that into my work with your family. I’m available from May onward, depending on how quickly we can arrange the necessary paperwork like visas and flights. I’m open to stays ranging from 3 to 12 months. Looking forward to hearing from you! ( waving hand and smile) Warm regards, Sandra

Hello! My name is Elissa, and I’m a compassionate, responsible, and dependable individual currently based in Australia. I am a Registered Hospital Pharmacist in my home country, where I developed a deep sense of care, attention to detail, and responsibility through years of healthcare experience. Since moving to Australia—a long-held dream that has taken dedication and perseverance—I have begun the process of registering to practice as a pharmacist here as well. While I work towards this professional goal, I am wholeheartedly embracing the opportunity to work as a full-time nanny. I bring with me not only a strong work ethic but also a deep sense of empathy, patience, and care—qualities that are essential when caring for children. I have also gained valuable experience working in a retail pharmacy here in Australia, which has helped me better understand the local culture and healthcare environment. Becoming a nanny is not just a temporary job for me—it's a meaningful role where I can contribute to a family's well-being and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in being present, engaging, and supportive in children’s daily activities while also promoting kindness, good routines, and emotional growth. Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am 31 years old and have been nannying/babysitting for 12 years now whilst I complete my studies (two degrees later!). I am currently in my final year of my second degree, Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), whilst helping out a beautiful family with their now 19 month old boy two days per week. I actually don’t think there’s a better job then spending the day with the little ones I care for, whilst I complete the practical element of my course which requires me to attend college once per week. I am currently looking for a role with an additional family in 2025 1-2 days per week, and am available for casual evening babysitting where needed as well. Over my many years of nannying and babysitting, I have cared for 20+ families, including babies as young as 3 months, right up until 14 years of age. I love kids spontaneity, honesty, creativity (and hilariousness!) ...and just plain CUTENESS! Most of my experience has been with babies and toddlers between the ages of 6 months and 3 years, as I find this age to be the most rewarding, helping to support their development from such a young age, and melting my heart at the same time! I am more than happy to help around the house including washing, cleaning up the kitchen, tidying the house, whilst of course reading a bedtime story (or 5), and putting the kids to bed. I have a current working with children’s check, police check, full drivers licence, first aid and can provide as many parent references as you like! I am an outgoing, friendly, caring person and I am committed to providing a safe, fun filled, kind and caring environment for your child whilst helping you as super mum or super dad juggle life with little ones!
