Hello! My name is Amber and I’m passionate about creating a kind, safe, and fun environment for children. I’ve cared for little ones in two wonderful families, with children ranging from 10 months to 3 years, and also spent three years as a dance teacher for ages 3–16. Teaching has been a rewarding way to connect with young people and encourage self-expression. These experiences have strengthened my confidence, adaptability, and care. Beyond childcare, I’m a dedicated dancer and curious traveller who loves exploring new places, learning from different cultures, and bringing creativity into everything I do!

As a current youth leader and children’s leader (primarily between the ages of 2-6yrs but also between the ages of 6-12yrs), I’ve developed strong skills in engaging kids of various ages, fostering their growth, and creating a safe, fun environment. I also have hands-on babysitting experience with a family of three children, managing routines, activities, and care with patience and reliability. I have many years experience in childcare as I am a mother of 4 children and have worked as a casual babysitter for the past 20years providing childcare for babies upto 14yrs old. Also for the past 7years I have provided quality homestays for young international students aged between 7-16yrs old. In 2012 I worked as a Teachers Aide assisting students with reading, maths, spelling, arts & crafts & sports from prep level thru to Year 10. I am ready to start immediately & am quite flexible with my hours. Although my preference is Mon-Fri, I can be available for some Weekend work too.
