Studying psychology at UNSW has equipped me with deep insights into how kids think, behave and grow. I've always been the go-to babysitter for family, friends and cousins which has honed my practical skills meaning I have plenty of hands-on experience with kids of all ages. Also, I am a volunteer at Northern Beaches Psychiatric Ward which continues to teach me the values of patience, understanding, and handling tricky moments. So, while I'm all about fun and games, I also make sure the kids are safe and feeling great at all times. Recently, I have become a research assistant for a child-parent focused psychology clinic which equips me with skills required to interact with children to encourage positive and constructive development.
