I enjoy working with children and feel I would be able to meet your needs. My goal is to make this ongoing learning experience safe, positive, fun, nurturing as I strive to guide your children into the next stage of development with confidence in themselves and an excitement for continued learning. Children need the assurance of being loved and cared for while they are enjoying an educational environment. Teaching children is my passion. Security and trust are very important components as well, of my relationship with each child. I believe young children are very concerned about themselves and the small world they live in: family and home. However, each child is unique with different interests, backgrounds, and developmental stages. I look forward hearing from you, Many Thanks Vera Ferraro

I have had experience with picking kids up from school and taking to various after school activities, completing homework, dinner preparation and putting to bed, household work, taking kids out on weekends to the beach and park and organising activities with children. Hi I'm a mum of three grown up kids and I am excited in finding a job helping families with children that need that little help in getting through the day. I've been there so I know how hard and stressful it can all be. I have had 3 years experience now with 2 different beautiful families. I would love to meet you if you are interested in me. Thanks
Hi! My name is Pip and I am currently a full time nanny for a beautiful family in Concord West and have been with them for over a year. The little boy is 6 and the little girl is 4 and going into Kindy next year so unfortunately i have to finish working with them as I need full time work. Being the eldest of 4, I started caring for kids at a very young age as well as babysitting for the other kids in my street as I became older. I have worked in many holiday camps for kids (Camp Blue in Manly and North Sydney being the main one) and have even lived overseas to work with kids in the American Summercamps. I am a regular babysitter for about 5 families as well as nannying for the family I mentioned previously. (I have references for everything) And now a little bit about me!! I am 25 years old and just finished a 4 year degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I love sport, swimming, and being in the outdoors. I believe I am a warm, loving, happy person with an extremely loud and quite embarrassing laugh (as everyone likes to tell me). I adore children and couldn’t think of a more fun rewarding job than what I do!
My name is Olive (they/them)
I am a 24 year old music producer/touring musician living with my partner and two kittens in Ashfield.
I have been working casually in various OOSHs and childcares in the inner west since I was 18, as well as doing occasional baby sitting/nannying for the families I met at those jobs.
I would describe my care style as energetic but structured. At my former job I was known for running all the active play that would get the kids beyond excited, but would also spend all shift in the kitchen if need be. After working in care centres with over 100 children enrolled every day, I’ve gained experience with a huge variety of ages and backgrounds.
I’ve also done a tertiary course in Early Childhood and Development at TAFE, but sadly had to drop out in the last month of work experience due to a sudden increase in music bookings. So am both knowledgeable and comfortable with 0-5 year olds!
I’m looking for about 8-12 hours of work a week.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm Claudia and I'm a uni student at University of Sydney doing a Bachelor of Primary Education. I was inspired to switch degrees after spending time with my regular nannying family, working with the kids doing their online schoolwork during the first lockdown. I had been babysitting and nannying for nearly 5 years at that point and I decided I didn't want my career to diverge from work I loved so much. I also had wonderful nannies and babysitters growing up so I understand the importance of a wonderful carer and would love to provide that.
I'm currently looking for ad hoc work, casual babysitting, day time childcare, and/or alternating days as I currently already work for a family 1-2 days a week after school, caring for two boys. I have been with them for 4 years and it's been lovely to see them grow up.
I'm able to cook and clean up, even before I finished school I was planning and cooking meals for my own family (of 4 including me). I can do some housework, although perhaps not to the standard of professional cleaning, at least not while on kid duty :) : Laundry - Vacuuming - General tidy up - Kitchen/Bathroom clean. I have previously regularly babysat for ages 4+, including siblings. I have had some experience with 10 month and 2 year old, mostly in the evenings. All of my past babysitting has involved cooking dinners, doing bath time, bed time stories and runs to the park to keep them entertained :) I'm more than happy with pets. I studied Maths, English, French and Art at school so I'm able to help with all types of homework (all maths, reading, writing, grammar, science). I also have my own car and a licence so I'm able to do drop off and pick ups for extra curricular activities.
