Looking for a warm, patient, and most of all energetic babysitter with experience in disability. We have a gorgeous neurodivergent boy (autistic/ADHD/Intellectual Disability) who is 6 and developmentally around 1-2 years old. He is nonverbal, very active, and has a lovely happy temperament. He loves movement and water so any sort of water play or movement-based activities keep him entertained and regulated. He is very quick and we need someone who will be hypervigilant around him to keep him safe. We are basically needing an extra pair of hands a few times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) 3-6pm during the school term with longer shifts during the school holidays. It would involve picking him up from school, minding him at home, nappy changes, doing some therapy exercises, and/or taking him out to the park. My wife and I (M34 & F34) are looking for a nanny 2 days per week from 9am-5pm to care for our 18 mth old daughter, either on Tuesday-Wednesday (preferable) or Wednesday-Thursday as we are very sadly saying goodbye to our current nanny who is moving to the UK.
Our daughter follows a structured sleep routine, so we are looking for someone who is able and willing to follow it as necessary. She is a very good sleeper as a result, so it's usually pretty casual during her day sleeps.
We also have two dogs (Beagles who are 9 & 7) so being comfortable and having a liking for dogs is important!

I am looking for someone to help me on Tuesday evenings from 3pm until 7pm. It is actually mostly driving as I have 4 kids and we've moved recently away from some of their sports teams (mostly in Brighton) to Sandringham, so I'm finding it hard to get them to and from sports practice. It would be picking up one child from school dropping them at football. Coming back to our house, getting another child and then picking up the first child and dropping the second child to their sports practice. Dropping the first child home and returning to get the second child from their sports practice. A lot of back and forth! The last practice finishes at 6.30pm and then you would drop them home and finish - paid until 7pm.
We would like a friendly person, competent driver and someone with experience ferrying kids around.
We would like you to start on Tuesday next week but we'd need to meet you before that - for a face to face catch up prior to driving our kids around.
