Hi! I’m Sionainn (Shannon) my husband Raph and I are looking for a caring, reliable nanny/housekeeper to join our family two days per week, ideally on either Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.

We have two little ones: Macy (2.5) and Percy (8 months). I work from home running my own business, so I’ll be around during the day but with a busy toddler and a baby who’s on the move, I really need an extra pair of hands to keep everything running smoothly.

The role includes:
• Playing and engaging with Macy (she’s funny, sassy, and full of energy always up for a chat or helping with little “jobs”)
• Caring for Percy (he’s the happiest baby, always smiling and currently learning to crawl)
• Helping with light housekeeping while the kids nap — tidying, folding laundry, unpacking the dishwasher, and keeping things organised around the house

A bit about us

We are a young and easygoing couple, but between us we run three businesses so life is full and very busy. We are also trying to stay healthy, fit in some exercise, and keep up with two small kids at the same time and potentially go on a date night more than once a year.

Macy is in daycare three days a week and off to kinder next year, but we are not quite ready to send Percy yet, so are hoping to find a nanny who can come to the house a couple of days a week. We had a wonderful nanny when Macy was little, but she moved away (and so did we!), so we are really hoping to find someone who can slot in easily and feel comfortable in our home.

We also travel a little bit, so would love to find someone trustworthy who is interested in house sitting when we go away. We would also love someone trustworthy so we can have the occasional date night.

We also have two cats, Boston and Mowgli.

I love to cook, read, and go to the gym when I can. Raph enjoys running marathons when he gets the chance.

We are looking for someone who’s kind, trustworthy, and happy to jump in wherever needed, someone who enjoys being around young kids and doesn’t mind the chaos that comes with it.

We are a busy, friendly family looking for a kind, reliable, and organised person to help keep our household running smoothly. This is a hands-on role, with the focus on childcare and some light housekeeping/cleaning to help our lives flow a little easier.

The Role
Part-time: 2 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays — flexible for the right person)
Hours: Approx. 9:30am – 3:30pm
Start date: November 2025 (flexible)
Payment: This role will be paid in accordance with the relevant Modern Award for domestic employees.
Payments will be made fortnightly via bank transfer and will form part of your taxable income.
The role will primarily involve caring for our daughter (2.5 years) and son (9 months) alongside light household support while they nap or play.
Preparing meals and snacks for the children and helping with feeding
Engaging and playing with Macy (funny, sassy, and full of energy)
Caring for Percy (happy, curious, and learning to crawl)
Supporting nap routines and bedtime preparation when needed
Reading books, building blocks, imaginative play, and park visits
Changing nappies, dressing, and ensuring both children are comfortable and happy
Light housekeeping: loading and unloading the dishwasher, folding washing, tidying toys and shared areas
Monthly deeper tasks like cleaning out the fridge or cleaning the dishwasher
Keeping the home calm, tidy, and organised

A Bit About Us
We are a young and down-to-earth couple juggling three small businesses and two small children.
I run a HR consulting business, my husband runs a construction company, and he is currently making a career change into mortgage broking, so life is full and busy in the best way.
Our home is warm, relaxed, and tidy (even when life is a little chaotic). We value kindness, communication, and a sense of humour. We are hoping to find someone who can help us maintain balance, create a routine for the kids, and allow us to focus on work knowing they are safe and happy and not sitting in front of a screen while we are trying to work.
We will typically work from home, so this is very much a supportive role, but there will also be times when we are offsite attending client meetings. I am looking for a long term baby sitter / nanny for my son, Marcus, who is 2 years old and his cousin, Grace, who is also 2 years old. We need daytime care for 2 days a week, with a possibility of increasing to 3 in the future. We are located in Bundoora and Greensborough and wish to alternate between homes. The days of the week are flexible at this stage. We are looking to start care from January 2026 and hope to continue this for approximately 12 month with a chance of extending beyond this.

We are a happy family of 3 with no pets seeking a professional caregiver to help our young son continue to thrive while his mother returns to work part time. This job is to care for a 13 month old boy. 22 hours per week: Hours are 9-5 mon & Tues and 9-3 Wed. We don't require assistance with house work, but do need assistance with preparing his meals; just taking what's available/ precooked out of the fridge - lunch and possibly dinner if he gets hungry earlier. Also cleaning up his tray and bib after each meal and rinsing his bottles to run the sterilizer on those would be appreciated. The baby currently takes 2 naps a day, first nap is 1 hr and the second nap is 1.5hrs. If the baby is sleeping you can to to the local shops 5min walk away for lunch/ exercise / coffee break. The father often works from home and can help with diaper changing, lifting the baby and questions. Our son is a gentle, contemplative boy who loves to giggle at silly antics and play with his toy cars. We speak to him in two languages Serbian and English. We are 5 min walk from train station and there is a free parking space directly infront of our house you can use.
