We are on the hunt for a nanny/babysitter to assist our family of 4 (+ Gus our Hungarian Vizsla) in Albert Park, to commence in a few weeks. We would like this to be ongoing/permanent for the next 6-12 months (with a break for around a month at Christmas time).

The days/hours we are looking for:
Thursdays 8-12 (8-4 from Feb 2026)
Fridays 8-12

Occasionally these days may change and/ or we would love to give additional hours during the week/weekend when required.

We are super keen to have somebody the kids have become familiar with that we can call upon other than family when needed.

We have Ned (22 month old) and Pippa (12 weeks old).

Care would mainly be for Pippa and would for the most part be feeding, settling, napping, changing, floor time etc.

This will allow me to drop Ned to daycare/attend appointments/catch up on work etc, so I would be in and out of the house during these hours.

During nap times some light house duties (tidying up, washing bottles etc) would be expected.

Midwife, nursing or childcare background highly regarded.

We live in Albert Park (near the village) and I need ongoing help with mornings and/or afternoons for my three boys: 7yr old twins and a 3 yr old.
Here are the options:
Mornings 730am - 10am: Getting the boys ready, breakfast, walking to school / daycare
Afternoons 3pm - 7pm : Picking up from school / daycare and taking them to local activities (lessons). Helping with homework and preparing for dinner / showers.
Thursdays - hanging out with my 4yo then picking up the twins from school

Preferred days are: Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays

The ideal candidate should be engaging, energised, organised, calm, disciplined and patient. Whilst drivers license preferred, not necessary as everything is walking distance.

Bonus points if you can help with homework (reading books), play kids games, telling stories and play or understand music.

Light house duties of folding of washing (if a basket is done) and putting away clothes, and cooking dinners for the kids - guidance provided on this unless you happen to be a whiz in the kitchen and don't need any guidance on meals! :-)

Looking for someone that is reliable and can commit till end of school term. Someone that is patient, present and genuinely enjoys kids but can also set boundaries when required. Someone that has the ability to be able to see the little things also that might help a working parent out and can clean up after themselves and have the house tidy 😊

Non-smoking around children, no phone scrolling and nut-free (one child has nut allergies). WWCC and family references a must, as is a driver’s license and safe driving history.

We are full time working parents looking for someone to help out with after school activities for our 9 year old son and 6 year old daugther.

Specifically we need someone who can pick them up from school at 3:30pm on Wednesday and Friday each week, take them to swimming lessons at GESAC and then bring them home and keep them entertained until we finish work, usually around 6-6:30pm.

We may also require occassional babysitting on other days of the week or weekends.

Hi - Im Jono , a solo parent in balaclava with a 12 year old boy called Noah in grade 6.

My parents in Caulfield often help out with Noah every now and then but i need some additional help to look after Noah.

I run a succesful business which requires regular interstate travel including overnight trips. I have a fair bit of travel coming up late October, early november and then some on going ad hoc times and require regulwr and consistent help with Noah including some overnight stays.

Noahs a great kid and lives with me permanently. He loves soccer, aviation and has regular kung fu classes in south melbourne and swimming in caulfield.

He catches the train to school each day to South yarra.

I’m after someone to help pick up my 5 year old daughter from kinder currently and then school next year casually at the start. We’re in Brighton / Elwood area.

A reliable car is a must have. My daughter is hypoglycaemic so will need someone with a nursing background to administer Blood glucose level checks. She is quite active and will need someone who does lots of arts and crafts, sports.

You will also be expected to do some light housework (usually to just tidy up after her, laundry folding) and cook her dinner and maker her snacks.
