We are a lively, happy family of seven – two parents, five wonderful kids aged 3 to 15, and a friendly dog! We’re looking for a kind, warm, and fun person to become part of our village, supporting us in the daily rhythm of family life.
This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and young people, who is patient, caring, and knows how to create a calm, connected environment even in the midst of a busy household.
What We’d Love Help With:
• After-school support (3 days a week, 3pm–6pm): School pick-ups, simple meal prep, homework help, and gentle encouragement for tidying bedrooms.
• One of those days starting earlier (around midday) to help with light housekeeping: vacuuming, laundry, and helping tidy.
• One-on-one mentoring for our older kids (ages 11–15): Supporting them with meal prep, tidying, and homework organisation as needed.
• A half-day every second weekend (or so) to give us parents time to recharge.
• Light dog care as part of the family rhythm. He is in training as a therapy dog and a beautiful little pup.
Hours & Pay:
• Approx. 12–15 hours per week
• $40 per hour

I’m looking for a regular babysitter to look after my four year old son every Tuesday, from 8am to 4pm. We’d be needing irregular evening cover too (Wednesday night once a month, and day shifts at least 2-3 times a month).
Our boy is potty trained and does not nap in the daytime.
You’d be required to look after him indoors, take him out for walks, give him snacks and lunch. We will provide you with a list of favourite places and activities. We’d provide food and snacks for you to feed him. We live next to many baby friendly attractions to it’ll be easy to find fun activities (Fawkner Park, the NGV, South Yarra Library). We can cover transport expenses as well.
He is very friendly and happy to hang out with new people. We've had babysitters before so he understands how it all works.

We are a family of 5. Our daughter is 17 and fairly self-sufficient ( although she needs reminding to clean her room- like every teen) She is in year 12. We have a son who is 15 and in year 9 . (The lady who has been helping me for many years is going overseas during this time.) my eldest is 15 years old (she is very independent), I have a 12 year old who walks home from school (independent) and it’s the 2 younger girls (9 and 7) who need to be collected from school.
Basic meal prep and house keeping duties also required (laundry)
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday happy for you to start 2-6pm or 3-5:30). If you can just work one or 2 of these days this is ok too.

Noah is full of energy and loves to play outside. He will keep you on your toes as he is walking/ running and is very very active. He loves music and our golden retriever Rosie. He is a very happy little man and is generally pretty easy to please.
As I work full time we will also need some help around the house while he naps/ plays independently with some light house chores such as laundry and dishes. Looking for a warm, patient, and most of all energetic babysitter with experience in disability. We have a gorgeous neurodivergent boy (autistic/ADHD/Intellectual Disability) who is 6 and developmentally around 1-2 years old. He is nonverbal, very active, and has a lovely happy temperament. He loves movement and water so any sort of water play or movement-based activities keep him entertained and regulated. He is very quick and we need someone who will be hypervigilant around him to keep him safe. We are basically needing an extra pair of hands a few times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) 3-6pm during the school term with longer shifts during the school holidays. It would involve picking him up from school, minding him at home, nappy changes, doing some therapy exercises, and/or taking him out to the park. He has no sense of danger so does require constant following and supervision.
Part time 10/15 hours per week. Primary care is for our 20 month old and occasionally his 7 year old brother as well. Looking for long term applications, we have had short term which has been great but are looking for consistency for the kids.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are required plus additional casual hours as agreed upon.
