We are a warm, relaxed family looking for a caring nanny to help look after our 1 year old daughter in our home while I return to work (working from home). At this stage the hours are likely to be Wednesday 10am–4pm, Thursday 10am–4pm, and Friday 10am–2pm. Our 4 year old daughter will also be home on Fridays. I will be at home during these hours and can provide guidance and support, especially if you are new to nannying. When the baby is napping, we would appreciate some light housework such as simple food prep for meals. This role would suit a responsible, nurturing person, particularly someone studying or seeking childcare experience.
Hello :) We live in fraser rise and have a 4 month old and 2.5 year old that need care while hubby and I are not home. Hello my name is Liz and I am a mum to 4 kids. I live in Avondale Heights. I am looking for someone specifically for Wednesday 21 Jan to look after my 4 kids from 8:45am until around 11am or a little later (just a few hours in the morning) We do use babysitters from time to time, so it's likely this job would lead to more casual babysitting later. If you are available on the morning of Wednesday 21 January and you love working with kids, have all the relevant checks such as WWCC and references and you live close to Avondale Heights, please message me.
We are looking for a caring, experienced and enthusiastic person to help take care of our children. We have a 12 year old, a 9 year old and a 21 month old.
We would need you 2-3 days a week during the day time and this would be a long term role. Ultimately you would be required to help with our youngest as our two oldest children would usually be at school. But it is currently school holidays, so everyone is home.
We’re looking for a reliable and caring babysitter to help our family on a casual basis.
We are located in Fawkner, and we would prefer you had your own car and transport.
Hours will vary, with some daytime and evening work. We can plan around your time table.
Would be perfect for a student, or as a side baby sitting job.
What’s involved:
- Looking after our little one in a fun and caring way. Our daughter is 7 months old.
- Light household duties (tidying up, meal prep, etc.)
- Flexibility for casual hours; we don't have any set hours, but there will be more hours available when my husband is away for work (we have a FIFO roster).
- Must be confident and comfortable around large dogs (they’re part of the family too!). We have two very large German Shepherds. Once they get over their excitement, they are pretty chill dogs.
What we’re after:
- Experience with children and a genuine love for kids
- Responsible, trustworthy, and easy-going
- Able to commit to casual work with varying hours
- Great communication.
If this sounds like you, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!
Looking for after school care for 4hours per day, 5 days a week to care for a 5 year old and 3 year old. Would involve pick up, taking them to their activities, homework for 5 year old and making them dinner. I am looking for an English speaking, reliable, competent and fun individual.
Our little rainbow family is looking for a caring, reliable babysitter / nanny to help with our 4.5‑month‑old son. This role is casual and ad hoc, with daytime support and the occasional evening. We’re hoping to build a genuine, long‑term relationship with someone who values connection, gentle care, and nurturing curiosity. If you love getting outdoors, enjoy engaging with little ones, and appreciate a family who leads an active lifestyle, we’d love to meet you.
We are looking for someone to come and look after our little 1 year old girl 3 days a week, with one of those days also including our 4 year old boy. Both have been in full time childcare, however we are looking now to have a nanny that speaks Spanish to them as their father and extended family are Chilean.
It would be great if some light house keeping was also done if there was time - ie doing clothes washing etc.
We are a pretty creative and relaxed household with a friendly dog. The dog would love some cuddle and occasional walk if you wanted to take the baby and dog out during the day.
We are looking for a warm, practical summer nanny (with option to continue into school term if keen) to help out with our sociable and happy 5 year old boy who loves lego, fossils, museums, the aquarium, going to the park etc. 18-20 hours per week, across three days, we are flexible re exact time and days however something like 12-6pm would be ideal. Must have driver’s licence and solid babysitting experience with at least one reference we can call. Tasks include outings, fun and games at home, making lunch and/or dinner, keeping his room and play areas tidy, day to day small errands, eg picking up milk / bread for household, etc. Warm and inclusive family with comfy house and big garden to play in, a great park at end of our street and great public transport connections. We would love to be able to take our babysitter away on at least some of our planned beach holiday between 19th to 28th January to St Andrews Beach - staying in a spacious beach house with your own room and bathroom right by beach with large heated pool, games room etc. Ideally we’d love you to come and work with us through January and February to settle into school year but at least through until the end of January.
We are looking for a nanny to become part of our growing family. We currently have a 5 month old and are looking to have another baby next year.
Starting with Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am -2pm, but this can be flexible if needed. With some extra evenings and the potential to travel with us while we are on holiday, interstate and overseas.
We run our own business so are flexible with work, but would love someone to be in the home to help with childcare and other household tasks.
