We are a lively, happy family of seven – two parents, five wonderful kids aged 3 to 15, and a friendly dog! We’re looking for a kind, warm, and fun person to become part of our village, supporting us in the daily rhythm of family life.
This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and young people, who is patient, caring, and knows how to create a calm, connected environment even in the midst of a busy household.
What We’d Love Help With:
• After-school support (3 days a week, 3pm–6pm): School pick-ups, simple meal prep, homework help, and gentle encouragement for tidying bedrooms.
• One of those days starting earlier (around midday) to help with light housekeeping: vacuuming, laundry, and helping tidy.
• One-on-one mentoring for our older kids (ages 11–15): Supporting them with meal prep, tidying, and homework organisation as needed.
• A half-day every second weekend (or so) to give us parents time to recharge.
• Light dog care as part of the family rhythm. He is in training as a therapy dog and a beautiful little pup.
Hours & Pay:
• Approx. 12–15 hours per week
• $40 per hour
• Family is based in Warranwood.

We are a friendly, professional, progressive and loving single-parent family (50/50 custody) in Northcote, seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny to join our home. I have 2 girls - a 5 year old who is a preppy and a 9 year old who is in grade 4 and the hours are as follows: - Thursday morning 7:30am - 9:00am - Friday morning 7:30am - 9:00am -Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights from 3:15pm - 7pm. (Happy to consider full days of work while the girls are at school)
The key duty is to pick the girls up from school in Kew and drive them home in Northcote (or other activities) so having a full licence and good driving record is really important. In addition to picking them up it would be great if you can assist the girls with homework, crafts, and outdoor play, prepare healthy meals and snacks and undertake some light housekeeping.
We are looking for someone to join us from July ongoing to help with school picks ups and after school care 4 days per week Tues-Friday. Currently the kids love arts and crafts, building things, cubbies, trampolining, gymnastics, lego, ice cream. Paid 3h each time. Also upflexing during the school holidays would be great! If you need more hours can discuss more too. Pick up time is 3pm. We live in Northcote and kids are at two schools very close to each other just up the road in Ivanhoe. 4yo boy and 7yo girl. Own car preferable with car seats and car costs covered but not essential. Keen for a longer term commitment so the kids and you can settle in well together! Our current nanny is finishing up to move to a full time role at our local school. Seeking a charismatic adult to be in the house at times when we are both at work to supervise our 2 boys, age 6 and 9. They are independent and fun and we are easygoing. Work is sporadic and will involve several hours at a time, usually afternoons but sometimes early mornings and occasionally an overnight stay or weekend days. We both know our rosters 12 months in advance so can book in advance, average at least 4 bookings per month. Role may include driving them to club sport sometimes after school.

We are looking for a casual babysitter who can look after our two girls (currently aged 4 and 6 years) on weekends at the moment. Eventually (in 2026) we would like someone who could pick them up from school on a few afternoons a week and bring them home, let them play/play with them, and get dinner sorted. This will be a slow start, because for now it would be just babysitting casually at night or during the day until it is more of a nanny role in 2026.
We're looking for a nanny to look after our 6 week old in our home when I go back to work. She's a very chill, good natured baby who sleeps quite a lot during the day. Myself and my partner both work from home.
Hours: Tuesday - Wednesday, 9:30am - 5pm. Thursday 10am - 2pm.
There's some flexibility with the hours but we would like you to cover her 10am feed through to her 4pm feed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
